1. 41-Day Risk-Free Trial Period
Every new user who downloads ZoScan is eligible for an extended 41-day free trial of our premium features. During this period:
- No Upfront Payment: No upfront payment or credit card commitment is mandatory to start scanning and saving.
- Full Pro Access: You get full access to unlimited barcode lookups, AI receipt scans, and ZoCoins earning tiers.
- Zero Cancellation Fees: You can cancel or downgrade to the free basic tier at any time prior to the expiration of the 41st day without being charged a single rupee.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you choose to subscribe to ZoScan Pro (Monthly or Annual plans), you maintain full control over your billing cycle:
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription instantly from the app settings under "My Subscription" or via the Google Play Store subscription management portal.
- Effect of Cancellation: Canceling stops any future auto-renewals. You will continue to enjoy premium benefits until the end of your current active billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility & Guidelines
Because we offer an extensive 41-day free trial to thoroughly evaluate the app, subscription fee refunds after a charge has been processed are governed by the following criteria:
- Accidental Renewal / Technical Errors: If you were charged due to a billing system glitch or duplicate processing, a full 100% refund will be issued upon verification.
- App Store Payments: Payments processed directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are subject to standard Google / Apple billing policies. Users can request refunds directly via Google Play Support within 48 hours of purchase.
- Direct UPI / Web Payments: For subscriptions purchased via our web billing gateway, refund requests made within 7 days of the billing date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. ZoCoins & Cash Bonus Disbursements
Cash rewards earned through barcode scanning, referral bonuses, or promotional campaigns that have been initiated for transfer to your bank account via UPI are final. Once a payout is successfully credited to your bank account, it cannot be reversed.
